Valentine Brownies

1 square butter
2 squares Baker’s Chocolate
1 cup sugar
One fourth tsp salt
One half tsp baking powder
2 eggs
Three-fourth’s cup flour
Mix and bake for twenty minutes at 350.
Frosting.
One half square butter.
2 tablespoons hot water
one half box powdered sugar
one tablespoon vanilla
frost the brownies, then melt
one six oz bag chocolate chips and spread over the frosting
